Once we have your order and payment, you will receive an email from us within one working day with all the details to download your software.
If you are unhappy with your order, you can return your software to MyVoice within 14 calendar days of receiving your download.
If you change your mind, you can return your software to us within 14 calendar days of delivery. This option is in addition to your consumer rights to return defective products.
If you do wish to return your order please contact us by telephone or email. Our contact information is available under “Contact Us” on the MyVoice homepage. Once we have been informed of your wish to return your software, the software license will be terminated and your refund will be processed.
Once your license is terminated, a refund is initiated immediately. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
If you're having trouble with your new MyVoice product or believe it is defective, please call immediately to report your defective product.
